Epic Tunes (www.epictunes.com) is a website dedicated to promoting new bands, artists and song writers giving them a platform to advertise their music across the world and an opportunity to sell their music direct to music fans.  Epic Tunes aims to create an interactive, on-line community for lovers of new music.  A place where our members can come to talk to like-minded people about music as well as to discover and listen to new bands and download their music.

These terms and conditions regarding your use of the Site constitute a legally binding agreement ("agreement") between you and isound.com ("we", "us" or "our"). In this agreement, the terms "Site" or "Web Site" includes all web sites and web pages within epictunes.com as well as any equivalent, mirror, replacement, substitute or backup web sites and web pages thereto and thereof. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your user name and password and for any charges, costs, expenses, damages, liabilities and losses we incur or may suffer as a result of your failure to do so. You, and not us, are solely responsible and liable for your activity, behavior, use and conduct on the Site and for any use of the Site or any other activity or conduct in connection with the Site, by any others who use your user name or password, unless and until you notify us that your user name or password may have been compromised, misappropriated or improperly taken or used by another party. Epictunes does not tolerate disruptive activity online, such as persistent off-topic comments and postings or statements that incite others to violate these Terms + Conditions or participate in illegal activities. Our participants want to chat and use other services in a positive environment.

Epictunes does not allow posting or use of computer programs that contain destructive features such as: viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or bots for the use of scrolling, showing multiple screens, and other activities that can be disruptive to online communication.

Falsely impersonating an Epictunes employee, agent, manager, host, or any other person with the intent to mislead or cause harm to others is forbidden.

You are responsible and liable for all your activities while participating in Epictunes chatroom and messaging services. Remember, you are responsible for anything you say,  publish or post.

Epictunes offers our users the ability to create their own areas (e.g. chat, communities and personal web pages). Epictunes takes no responsibility for the band/artist ratings, content, nor any activities resulting from the content or otherwise, in these areas.
You are responsible for any actions you may take based on advice or information you receive online. Use your own good judgment when evaluating information provided through any Communication Service, remember that the information provided could be from people at any age and experience level. The decision to conduct transactions with anyone is your own and you should conduct your own research prior to making any decisions.

Epictunes reserves the right to remove at any time, without notice or explanation, any member account or user-created service or any particular posting that violates these Terms + Conditions.

Considering the real-time nature of this message board, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted.

We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email customerservice@epictunes.com. Broken links/Download Errors
If you experience a problem when downloading material or encounter a broken link then please inform us immediately by sending an email giving details of item, date/time. Any incomplete order or permanent download error will be subject to a full refund of any amount paid to us.
