Dynamic indie rock band Santonica from Surrey in England the band formed in 2005. Santonica comprise Simon Lavender Lead Vocals and Guitar, James Stevens Lead Guitarist, David Lavender Bass Guitar and Ryan Palattao on Drums. Their powerful anthemic style influenced by bands such as Feeder, The Smashing Pumpkins and early Radiohead inspires a frenetic sound. The band have played a number of venues around London like the Dublin Castle, The Bull and Gate and Clapham Grand. Santonica are going from strength to strength, trying to get their music across the internet, currently writing new songs and improving thier material
The Epictunes team recently watched one of their much loved Epic Artists Santonica. The location, The Grand, Clapham, the time 9.45pm the lights fade away and the set begins. The set included all the songs featured on Epictunes and lasted around an hour, the band really worked the crowd and put a lot of energy in to their performance, with flawless technical ability and catchy riffs and lyrics these guys are sure to do well.
